This Privacy Policy explains how the “Bidygo” platform (the “Platform”), provided by Uraaa, INC (the “Company”), which is based on the laws of the Republic of Armenia, collects, uses, and protects the personal information that you provide as a user of the Platform. By accepting this Privacy Policy and by continuing to use the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
1.1 As a user of the Platform, you are not required to provide any data to the Company. However, the Company needs certain information in order to provide you with the best possible experience on the Platform, which includes fulfilling your orders and processing purchases. The Company will require you to create an account to access any of the services offered on the Platform. To create an account, you must provide login details, which may include an email address, phone number, and username, and you must create a password. All payment data provided by you is stored and safeguarded by the financial organization that enables payments through the Platform and, therefore, is subject to such financial institution’s privacy policy, as well as the terms and conditions of applicable law. The Company stores your data in de-identified form, i.e., without storing personal data or bank secrecy data.
1.3 The Company may also receive and retain certain types of information each time you browse products offered by Sellers or use services offered on the Platform. Such information may be collected directly by the Platform or through third-party providers. This information includes, without limitation: data obtained from your account, including viewed products, products added to cart, wish list, price tracking history, use of the price-offer submission feature, purchases, as well as your IP address, cookie data, unique identifiers, and the pages you requested. The Company also collects information about the device you use to access the Platform. 4.1 The information provided by you and collected by the Company may be transferred to third-party service providers, including points of sale and stores, that support the ongoing operation of the Platform, including payment processing, product delivery, or the performance of business processes. All third-party service providers have contractual and legal obligations to ensure the confidentiality and security of your information.
4.2 The Company may provide your billing and delivery details, as well as order details, to Sellers for the purpose of fulfilling your order. For additional information regarding the collection and protection of your information, please review the privacy policies of the relevant Sellers.
4.4 Please note that Sellers may, at any time, collect your personal information, as well as cookies, when you access their website, whether through the Platform or through a regular browser. For additional details, please carefully review Sellers’ privacy policies and terms.
4.5 The Company has the right to disclose any information provided by you if required by law, regulations, legal process, or mandatory government requests. The Company also has the right to disclose your information if such disclosure will facilitate the enforcement of the Company’s rights, the investigation of fraudulent activity, or the protection of the rights, property, or safety of other users.
4.6 When registering via Facebook, Gmail, Apple, or other platforms, please note that the Company receives your usernames for your accounts and profiles on such platforms. Such registration may make certain personal information available to the Company that was collected by the social media platform you selected, including content you viewed, liked, or saved, ads and posts you interacted with. This information will be used by the Company to further personalize your experience on the Platform. The Company does not collect other information from social media sites beyond the information you have already provided. The Platform offers the option to fully delete your account, in which case the Company also deletes the information collected through your account and in accordance with this Policy.

The Company may transfer information collected for that purpose to advertising companies. Please note that all third-party service providers are legally obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the information they receive.
4.8 The Company does not store any information for any purpose on personal devices, including employees’ devices.
5.1 The Company takes reasonable measures to protect all personal data collected on the Platform and provided by you, in order to prevent unauthorized access or use and to preserve the integrity and confidentiality of such information.
5.2 All payment data is collected and stored by the Company’s partner payment processing organization or your bank, which is a third-party payment service provider. 5.3 Please note that the transmission of information over the Internet or electronic storage is never completely secure, and the Company does not guarantee its absolute security.
6.1 Except where the law requires the Company to retain your information for a longer period, the Company retains your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or until you request its deletion from the Company, whichever occurs first. After you submit such a request, your information will be deleted permanently.
